Shipping

All Aurette orders are dispatched from our base in Ghent, Belgium. We currently ship to Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, and France.

Orders over €49 qualify for free standard shipping. For orders under this threshold, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier, and you will receive tracking information by email once your order ships.

Returns

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to change your mind and return it, under the same terms set out in our Right of Withdrawal notice. That page covers the full process, including how to notify us, refund timing, and your responsibilities for the returned goods.
