Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 calendar days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 30 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods.

with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, although it is not obligatory — a simple email is enough.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for supplementary costs from your choice of a delivery type other than our least expensive standard delivery), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 30 days from the day on which you email us your withdrawal. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to customer specifications or clearly personalised, or to sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery.
