3. Purpose of Processing

We process your data to fulfil our contract with you (order processing, shipping, payment), to communicate with you, and — with your consent — for analytics purposes.

4. Legal Basis

Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract performance), (c) (legal obligation), and (a) (consent, e.g. for analytics cookies).

5. Recipients of Your Data

Your data is only shared with service providers necessary for contract performance: payment providers (WooCommerce Payments, PayPal), shipping providers, hosting provider, Automattic Inc. (Jetpack services), and — where you have consented to marketing cookies — advertising partners such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and other ad networks.

6. Retention Period

We retain your data for as long as necessary to fulfil the contract and to comply with statutory retention obligations.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, port, and object to the processing of your data. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent Belgian supervisory authority:
